What is the agency commission?
$2 per hour worked, deducted from the VA's earnings, not charged to clients. There are no extra fees to clients on the agency plan.
Can I switch between Agency and Direct Hire?
Yes. You can use both models simultaneously for different VAs. Both include managed payroll, timesheets, and invoicing. Agency Hire adds talent matching, an account manager, and a replacement guarantee. Direct Hire gives you full control over who you hire and what rate you pay, with no ongoing commissions.
Is the $49 Direct Hire fee per VA or per job?
Per hire. You pay $49 once to unlock the contract with a specific VA. Subsequent VAs you hire directly each require a separate fee.
What does the $9/mo Verification Badge give VAs?
